Odoo's backend works, but it can feel dated next to the tools your team uses every day. web_theme_carbon restyles it with IBM's Carbon Design System, the same design language as our Carbon Theme for Frappe and ERPNext, so a business on either platform gets a clean, accessible interface. It builds on OCA's web_responsive and web_dark_mode rather than duplicating them.

Carbon light and dark. g10 for light mode and g100 for dark mode.
Upgrade-friendly. It restyles Odoo's existing markup rather than replacing templates, so upgrades are less likely to break it.
Global search. Carbon's search field opens Odoo's command palette.
Brand colors per company, which our Shopfloor addons carry over to the mobile apps.
Getting started
Add the repository's 18.0 branch to your addons path with OCA's web repository, and install web_theme_carbon. The documentation covers the details. With odoo-nix: odoo module add Avunu/web-addons 18.0.
