A timer that's easy to forget gets left running, or never started. hr_timesheet_time_control_systray puts the running timer from the OCA's timesheet time control in Odoo's navbar, so time gets logged while the work happens instead of on Friday afternoon.

Features

  • Always visible. The running timer ticks in the navbar on every screen.

  • One-click actions. Open the job the timer belongs to, or stop it, from anywhere.

  • In sync. It uses the server clock and stays in step across tabs and devices.

  • Wherever timers run: tasks, repair orders, and maintenance requests.

Getting started

Add the repository's 18.0 branch to your addons path with OCA's project repository (where project_timesheet_time_control lives on 18.0), and install the module. The documentation has the details. With odoo-nix: odoo module add Avunu/timesheet-addons 18.0.
