These eleven modules make Odoo 18 Community the shop app. Together they form an industry vertical in the spirit of the OCA's `vertical-*` repositories, built on our [repair](/open-source/repair-addons/) , [fleet](/open-source/fleet-addons/) , [document import](/open-source/edi-addons/) , and [Shopfloor](/open-source/shopfloor-app-addons/) addons and on OCA modules. It grew out of the shop system in our [repair-shop case study](/work/heavy-truck-repair-shop/) , generalized and published for any shop to use. ## Features **Inspections ( `shop_inspection` , `shop_inspection_report` ):** digital vehicle inspections on the repair order, built on OCA `fleet_vehicle_inspection` , with severity grades, condition and recommended-action catalogs, out-of-spec measurements, and photos. The customer gets one report per visit, by email and on the portal. **Estimates ( `shop_estimate` ):** findings become a quotation of canned service jobs. Must-do work becomes order lines and the rest optional jobs the customer can accept on the portal; approved jobs add their parts and labor to the repair order. **Scheduling ( `shop_scheduling` ):** repair orders booked into OCA `resource_booking` appointments, offered only when a qualified technician is free and kept in sync with the repair order. **Service workflow ( `repair_service_workflow` , `repair_service_productivity` ):** customer acceptance and estimated versus actual time per service, review steps at Confirm and End Repair, and billable time credited to each technician. **Technician app ( `shopfloor_repair` , `shopfloor_repair_mobile` ):** assigned jobs, a work timer, parts, and inspections on an iPad, with camera scanning and Google or Apple sign-in. **Parts matching ( `repair_purchase_order_match` ):** links a purchase order imported from email to its repair order. **A simpler Fleet app and a demo shop ( `fleet_vehicle_simplify` , `shop_demo` ):** Fleet trimmed to what a shop needs, and a worked demo with repair orders at every stage. ## Getting started Add the repository's `18.0` branch to your addons path along with the Avunu and OCA repositories its modules depend on, then install the modules you want.
